Our 30-day and 150-mile return policy starts the day you receive your vehicle, regardless of the time of delivery. Within this period, you may inspect your RV or camper and return or exchange it for any reason — no questions asked. To initiate a return or exchange, you must notify us via email by 5 PM PDT on the 30th calendar day after delivery (with the delivery day counted as Day 0).

For buyback requests, the vehicle must be located on the Buyer’s property, and payment must be completed at that location. We will repurchase the vehicle at 100% of the original purchase price, minus any applicable documentation fees, shipping charges, taxes, or state-related costs incurred during the return process.

Please note that your vehicle is fully insured during this return period, except in cases involving intoxication or impairment at the time of any accident. Our goal is to provide you with complete peace of mind and confidence as you begin your journey with Crestview Motors.
